Taste of The Brasserie

21 Flares 21 Flares ×

This week’s Taste of Cayman restaurant post takes us back to The Brasserie.  With a menu that highlights what you love most about food – the food! – you’re sure to get a clean, flavorful and delicious dish every time.  Chef Niven rocked the party with his fish tea at the last TOC and I cannot wait to see what he serves at next year’s Taste of Cayman hosted by the Cayman Islands Tourism Association.

And without further ado…I give you Dinner at The Brasserie!

This year’s Taste of Cayman is January 26th at Camana Bay.  The Brasserie is just one of many fabulous restaurants that will be on hand with samples of their delicious fare :)
