Taste of Cayman 2013
This year’s Taste of Cayman was one of the best ever with a new, more spacious location and some exceptional dishes!
Clark Kent and I blew thru the more than 30 participating restaurants and businesses, tasting everything from conch chowder, piri chicken, grilled corn and sticky toffee pudding! It was an incredible experience and we once again want to thank the Cayman Islands Tourism Association to including us in this annual event
It also marks the second anniversary of The Deep Dish. The inaugural post highlighted my first visit to Taste of Cayman and I think this is a fitting place to wrap up The Deep Dish. I’ve had so much fun exposing you to Caymanian dishes and events as well as getting to check out all you guys have to offer out there in the foodie blogosphere. Thank’s so much in sharing in this adventure with me!

I memorize recipes and exchange them with everyone I know hoping they will give me some of their recipes I can make. I take vacations based primarily on how many good restaurants I can visit while I'm there. I like playing video games where I can grow food and then cook it. Get the picture? A friend suggested that I start a food blog. So here it is....
