Restaurant Club is tonight. This makes my tummy very excited. We’re hitting up one of Cayman’s many Italian restaurants. I haven’t been there since becoming a food blogger. Which means I haven’t been there since I started reading Manuela’s authentic Italian food posts over at Manu’s Menu. Since I started cooking her recipes, my idea of ‘good’ Italian has changed (for the better, I think!) For example, this broccoli pasta with pine nuts absolutely blew my mind.
If it came down to a bloody kitchen battle royale to the death…my money would be on Manuela.
And while I’m here, Mille Grazie to all my foodbuzz friends who helped TDD make the Top 9 today for Wednesday’s corn fritters
