Paradise Party Dogs

Book club headed to West Bay this month.  It was actually my turn to host. I chose one of my favorite books for the ladies to read:  A Confederacy of Dunces by John Kennedy Toole.

You can tell Andrea really liked it

You’re not supposed to like Ignatius Reilly.  He’s loud, arrogant, lazy, rude, insensitive, self-centered, patronizing and as Darcy points out…he smells. But he’s got good taste in food!  The enticing aroma of hot dogs ultimately leads him to a short stint pushing a weenie cart for Paradise Vendors, Incorporated.  Hence my decision to grill some hot dogs for this month’s book club. Kate over at Diethood must have been on the same wavelength as our group this week when she banged out this impressive bacon-wrapped Tex Mex dog.

Now, you must excuse me.  My valve needs relieving.
