Like a Chickpea with Its Head Cut Off
Holy smokes, it’s been a busy week! It’s only Wednesday but it feels like this week has been 87 days long. I’ve been on the go go go and when things are that frantic, the last thing you want to do is cook. It’s a little too easy to swing by Cayman’s new Dunkin Donuts or hit up the MacDonald’s (yes, I spelled that right) for a quick bite rather than making something at home. Luckily, I’m covered on the snack front thanks to Baking Serendipity who shared this outstanding Roasted Chickpeas recipe last month.
