How do you mandu?
I love me some dumplings. It was a late blooming relationship. It didn’t develop until I was visiting my father and stepmother a few years ago. To my surprise, my stepmom was earning a little money on the side making yaki mandu for a local Korean restaurant. She gladly shared the recipe and I haven’t looked back since. The great thing about dumplings are that you can throw whatever you want into these little pouches of yum. This is one of my favorites: Cook with Kelly’s Wonton Soup in Spicy Sauce.
